Deep Cleaning

The deep clean service option is a comprehensive top-to-bottom clean. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment professionally cleaned within the past three (3) months or if you do not use a cleaning service on a regular basis. Our deep clean is recommended for the first visit. Afterwards, our standard service will be more than enough to keep your house in top shape. We prepare your home for easier cleanings in the future. Trust us, you won't be disappointed!

What does this service not include? We charge extra for the following:

Wash and scrub sink

Tile grouting scrubbed (floors and walls)

Clean countertops (under appliances too)

Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces

Baseboards and window sills hand wiped

Stove cleaned, top and front

Oven wiped down & outside

Refrigerator and dishwasher wiped & polished down outside and on top

Kitchen rugs & floor vacuumed

Mop the floor and all corners

Wipe door handles and light switches

Range hood cleaned inside and out

Bathroom

Floors cleaned, carpets vacuumed

Tile grouting scrubbed

Baseboards hand cleaned

Shower door, tracks and bottom scrubbed and disinfected

Faucets, sinks, and drains cleaned and disinfected

Window sills, ledges, and blinds dusted

Wipe door handles and light switches

Empty garbage

Cobwebs removed

Fronts of cabinets hand wiped

Spots cleaned

Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

Vanity cleaned

Bedrooms and Common Areas

Floors vacuumed and moped

Window sills and moldings hand wiped

Night stands hand wiped and organized

Bed frame, shelves, chairs, dresser, lamp shades, and decorations individually dusted

Baseboards and window sills hand wiped

Closet floors vacuumed

Blinds dusted

Refrigerator wiped & polished down outside and on top

Cobwebs removed
